If you'd like to get paid even if you fail with the cashinthekitchen System, you must send a self addressed stamped envelope to me along with a written letter of notification to me that you believe you've failed. The amount you are to "Get Paid" will be a one time payment of twenty five dollars. By purchasing the cashinthekitchen System you agree and acknowledge under no circumstance will your payment be above the said twenty five U.S. dollars.
If you are a reseller or have purchased a license to one or more products offered through cashinthekitchen.com Systems, you agree not to alter the current pricing structure. By making a purchase from cashinthekitchen.com you understand under no circumstances may you reduce your list prices on products below the price you paid for them.
Refund Policy
We offer a 60 day refund policy on our courses. You must obtain a return authorization number BEFORE you return it. They must be returned in the original box, and in resellable condition. Courses with scratched disks, broken binders or writing or marks on the pages will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend you insure the course when sending it for the full purchase price in case of damage. For your protection we strongly suggest using a shipper that provides a tracking number . A twenty percent re-stocking fee may be applied. Courses must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Though not required, we highly recommend you use Federal Express to avoid damage in shipping. Upon arrival, the ink on random pages of your returned course are tested for direct exposure to scanner or photocopier light. If our test determines your course has been exposed to scanner or photo-copy light, these results will be filed as evidence of your course being photocopied. If it is determined that you copied the course, it will not be refunded and we reserve the right to pursue legal action. No part of the course whatsoever may be reproduced without written permission.
